Scott brings 30+ years of broad-based experience as an advertising executive and attorney to his coaching practice.
He spent the first 10-years of his career as a civil litigation attorney before pivoting into advertising at Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett & WPP’s Wunderman/Y&R Group working on multiple Fortune 100 clients including Unilever, Kellogg’s, and Microsoft. A Hudson Institute and International Coaching Federation certified career & transition coach focused on enabling individuals to find purpose, leverage strengths, embrace areas of opportunity, and unleash possibilities.
Offering a unique coaching approach centered around dualism, Scott utilizes both a left-brained, objective, and analytical style coupled with a right-brained, passionate, and creative demeanor. As a deep listener with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), he easily connects with individuals by demonstrating strong empathy while remaining objective. His intuitive nature and keen ability to see patterns and disparate connections, allow him to live in the grey— few things are ever truly black and white. Scott is married to a marketing, e-commerce, and human resource executive in Silicon Valley and the proud father of three sons, all of whom embrace their creative talents.
