Fred is a leadership and transition coach who finds real purpose when it comes to working through periods of change, anticipated or realized. He combines a global perspective to his direct and empathetic approach to create a space for client exploration and growth.

Having lived and worked across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, he brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership, personal and professional growth, and organizational change.

Fred has spent the first half of his career building organizational initiatives in the non-profit space. After a realization of a professional ceiling, he earned his MBA from American University in Washington, D.C. In support of his U.S. diplomat spouse, Fred pivoted to Cairo, Egypt where he became a career and development coach for the U.S. Department of State. Soon after, Fred attended and became a certified coach through IPEC Coaching and then through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Fred also serves as the Membership Director on the ICF-Ireland Board. In his spare time, you may find Fred in search of live music and record stores or exploring the outdoors on his gravel bicycle or on the hiking trail with his pup. He currently lives in Dublin, Ireland.
