An empathic, sensitive and challenging coach who will work alongside you.
As a coach practitioner Audrey can work skilfully with many coaching models, concepts, frameworks and modalities. However, she is especially interested in servant Leadership and the Psychological Dimensions of coaching, and identifying ingrained patterns that hold us back from flourishing as leaders. Audrey is equally interested in Gestalt coaching models and listening for what is coming up for the client in the ‘here and now’. She is interested in the Gestalt coaching focus on presence – how we are in the world, and what we evoke and or provoke in others, unaware, as we navigate our professional lives.
Audrey’s coaching practise to date has focused on supporting women lawyers and executives to flourish with success in existing roles as well as to progress to the next level within their organisations, with success. She is interested in working alongside clients who are seeking to make substantial transitions and expand their careers into new territory; and individuals seeking to change role, profession, vocation or manage the challenges of a demanding career with the existential events of life, including illness, loss, disappointment, redundancy, retirement, or working in a different country. Audrey is a sensitive empathic coach, while strong and focused. Audrey holds a big picture view and is naturally, global by instinct.
Audrey has worked as a leader for more than twenty-five years, in Global Tech, Fin-Tech and a local start up business and has supported many CEOs’ and General Counsels’ and their leadership teams. She has worked in Ireland and the UK and in the public and predominantly private sector. She is a practising solicitor and former General Counsel, with speciality in corporate business (and its multiple domains) and qualified to practice in Ireland and the UK.
Audrey holds an MSc in Business and Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, (with a distinction in advanced coaching) from the Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin, as well as holding a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law (UCD). She is accredited and registered as a Professional Coach Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) since 2020. She has participated as a mentor for over ten years, on the Women’s Senior Leadership Programme run by the Law Society of Ireland. She acts as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of a private (global) educational business with a presence in Ireland and a property company, as well as carrying out pro bono work for a number of charities.
Audrey is interested in spirituality and holds a Higher Diploma in Theology (St Patrick’s College Maynooth). As a coach she recognises the need to disconnect and create quiet spaces for restoration, rebalance and wholeness.
