Li’er Wong is a seasoned Coach and Facilitator with a passion for developing leaders and empowering teams through effective communication.
With over 20 years of international experience in Business Development, she has held leadership roles for nearly a decade, including as Country Director at Meltwater, where she expanded into markets like Dubai and Shanghai + Beijing. During her time at Google and Skyscanner, she led critical regional projects as Strategic Partnerships Lead, earning a reputation for her collaborative approach. Most recently, she led the Strategy & Operations team for YouTube’s Music vertical in APAC.
Guided by the understanding that internal mindsets shape external narratives, Li’er is a certified Coach with the CoActive Training Institute and International Coaching Federation, and guides clients to move beyond their comfort zones to find their authentic voice. She specializes in Leadership and Career Coaching, particularly with individuals striving to balance professional excellence and family responsibilities.
As a certified Soundwave – Advanced Communications Practitioner and Arbinger Institute Facilitator, she leads interactive exercises that expand communication skills, along with team-building and group coaching sessions to boost team performance and collaboration.
Li’er holds a BA in Economics & Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is based in Singapore with her husband and two kids, Silvia (6) and Sonia (3) and is passionate about cats and traveling. Li’er also serves as a Board Director for the International Coaching Federation’s Singapore Chapter (with over 1000 members), where she leverages her expertise and network to strengthen the coaching community and promote credentialing standards.
