Her coaching approach combines a left-brained, objective, and rational style with a right-brained, passionate, and empathetic demeanor. Her sense of curiosity, intuitive nature, and ability to recognize patterns and disparate connections allow her to navigate the gray in life, since few things are ever truly black and white.
Before becoming a full time coach, Julie spent 12 years at Google in executive leadership roles in sales and recruiting. Prior to this, she held leadership roles in the Retail, Technology and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors leading teams in marketing, e-commerce and product management. She has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, IL and a MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
Julie is the proud mom of three loving, independent, adult “kids”, all of whom lean into their creative gifts: one sings, one designs and one acts. She loves cooking, traveling, Pilates, podcasts, reading, word puzzles, deepening old friendships and cultivating new ones.
