Natalie is an executive coach and award-winning commercial leader who helps people think more clearly about their career, purpose and what matters next.
Her coaching draws on senior leadership experience across professional services, technology and education, giving her a grounded understanding of the choices that come with leading others and building a career. She works with clients on career transitions, purpose and leadership confidence. She also works with executives and teams managing the opportunities and uncertainty AI is bringing to the workplace.
Dedicated to lifelong learning she holds an MBA, a Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching and EMCC coaching accreditation. She also has extensive board experience, is recognised as one of Ireland’s Top 100 Chief Marketing Officers and has contributed to business growth of more than €100 million. She is President of Chambers Ireland and a member of the Dublin Chamber Policy Council. Based in Ireland, she has worked across Ireland, the UK, US and Asia, with an appreciation of different cultures and perspectives.
