Guillermo Albizuri is a seasoned business leader and executive coach with over 20 years of leadership experience in the tech, advertising, and consulting industries. During his 15 years in Google, he played Global, Regional and Local leadership roles across Sales, Strategy and Operations. In his last role as Managing Director of Large Accounts, Guillermo helped multinational companies in the Travel, Finance, Education and Startups sectors grow their business profitably and advised their C-suite in their digital transformation journey. Previously, he worked as a senior consultant in McKinsey&Co (Madrid and New York City) advising Retail, Media and PE clients.

Guillermo holds a Telecom engineering double degree from both UPM and ENST Paris and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also holds a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD (Coaching, Team Coaching and Boards). He combines his coaching and business experience to help both individuals and teams realize their full potential and achieve high performance.

Outside of his corporate career, Guillermo is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor and holds qualifications in Enneagram psychology, adding a holistic perspective to his coaching practice. He is also an entrepreneur, having successfully launched ventures in Retail, yogatech and food tech, which have further honed his leadership and innovation skills.
