With a background in HR/Learning & Development, Business Consulting, and Professional Services/Market Research, her solutions blend Talent and Operations practices to power engagement. Through 1:1 and team coaching and designing / facilitating custom workshops, she works to help employees build capacity in leadership, team effectiveness, inclusion, and change management.
She is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation; she also holds certifications for multiple development instruments, including Strengthscope®, The Leadership Challenge® and Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI 360).
