Bernhard is an Executive Coach and Technology Strategist with a multicultural background. After 30+ years in business leadership roles, he started his coaching practice to assist clients in defining and executing strategies for their personal growth as well as for the growth of their business.
Bernhard has over 30 years of experience in the Tech Sector in leadership roles spanning across software engineering, product & brand marketing, business development and corporate strategy, culminating in leading Intel’s Corporate Strategy Office, reporting to the CEO and leading a team of senior strategists to drive the transformation of the company.
His expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, communications, and organizational development. Through leadership roles in diverse areas of technology and by operating on three continents (Europe, North America & South America) he has mastered different facets of business and how to best lead in diverse cultural settings. His strong belief is that business performance always comes back to leading with a sound strategy while paying equal attention to developing people and activating the power of good leadership to sustain execution.
He earned his Executive Coaching Certification at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Certification. He is also a certified Birkman Assessment interpreter and Team Diagnostic Survey Practitioner. As the strategy lead for Intel’s Executive Coaching team, he is the recipient of the 2022 ICF PRISM award for coaching excellence.
