Having worked for 12+ years in fast-paced companies like KPMG and Google, Costanza is familiar with the anxiety and stress many high performers are dealing with.
She uses her in-depth knowledge of holistic wellbeing practices to help professionals build a balanced lifestyle to achieve more focus, productivity and vitality.
After the birth of her son she founded her own consultancy service for mothers in 2021, called “Mother I Feel You”. Using feminine energy practices and harnessing their inner powers, Costanza works with expecting women on their transition into motherhood and helps women who have recently become mothers to feel empowered in their new identity.
As a firm believer in continuous personal development, Costanza holds a BSBA and an MSc in Business from University of Roma Tre, Frederico Caffe and an MSc in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit in Dublin. She is a certified Yoga and Reiki teacher and has done workshops with some of the leading global wellbeing specialists such as Lino Miele, founder of the Federation of Ashtanga Yoga Centers, Chade-Meng Tan, founder of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, and Sudhir Tiwari of the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, the oldest scientific Yoga research institute in the world.
Working for women and children’s rights NGOs in India in 2013 marked the starting point of her journey into the world of holistic wellbeing and mindfulness. Ever since, Costanza has been committed to supporting mothers’ wellbeing, convinced that this in turn will enable them to impact the wellbeing of their children, families, communities and the world at large.
