She spent more than two decades in senior level roles in the technology sector, including nearly ten years at Google as an executive in Sales and HR. As a Senior HR director at Google Emer had global responsibility for talent management, performance management and career development up to President Level.
Previously, Emer held senior positions in the Irish telecoms industry. She was Director of Small Business at eir, the largest telco in Ireland, and Director of the Irish Consumer Division at British Telecom. Like many of her clients, Emer strongly believes in continuous personal development and has invested heavily in her own education.
She is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds an MBA and a BA from University College Dublin. Emer also holds an Executive Masters in Change at INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, Paris. As an Executive Coach, Emer takes a human and holistic approach to her work.
