Sharon centers her coaching practice around perspectives and possibilities. She specializes in individuals aspiring to higher levels of leadership and those who are navigating periods of transition for themselves and their teams.
Sharon has over 35 years of experience in operations leadership, organizational development, marketing, quality, training, and performance improvement. She has held leadership positions in IT, healthcare, international development, retail, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations. Sharon’s work is global by intention, as she enjoys living and working internationally.
Her deep success engaging senior leaders led her to certify as an Executive Coach with the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is an ACC credentialed Executive Coach of the International Coaching Federation and is a Senior Certified Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) of the Society for Human Resource Management. Sharon holds a PhD from Syracuse University, an MEd from Boston University, and a BS from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
