25 + years of professional international experience with a background in media, entertainment and as a founder of her own company building and collaborating with talented global teams to deliver large-scale projects, Sian is a PCC Hudson certified executive coach, a group coach and facilitator.
In this rapidly changing and dynamic world, Sian creates a space to quickly hone in on what matters now and move to action.
Her clients come to her for many reasons including to find clarity, expand leadership capacity, push learning edges, identify assumptions, elevate performance, and in the process increase self-awareness and empathy. Sian loves to help her clients thrive in work and life. Her coaching takes a holistic view. This is informed by the latest frameworks and systems thinking, and by insights gained working with and filming exceptional people from high profile entrepreneurs, media magnates, politicians, entertainers, to emerging leaders.
Clients are from around the globe and include founders, executives, senior and high potential leaders. They are in Fortune 500 organizations, B2B SaaS and startups, and range from in tech, financial services, management consulting, healthcare, media to non-profit.

Sian is a Hudson certified Executive Coach (PCC) and a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Her MA in Architecture is from Cambridge University, U.K., and she is a perpetual learner including in Advanced Improv, psychology, somatics, communication and creative writing.
Her voluntary work includes being a mentor for the BAFTA LA Inner-City Program and producing educational films for Amnesty International. She spends time between Bangkok, Edinburgh and Los Angeles with her husband and two teenage children, and enjoys traveling, sketching, diving, food, live music and comedy.
