Marc-Olivier is an open minded, authentic leader who is passionate about helping teams and individuals achieve great results. As a coach, he uses empathy and humor along with deep listening skills to connect with people and develop trusted partnerships. Having worked with many clients, his personal belief is that every individual has the inner resources to unlock their own unexploited potential, leading to a deeper discovery of self and purpose in life.
Marc-Olivier brings to his coaching practice signicant business experience having led large global teams to VP level at Danone, a globalFortune 500 company. Over his 25 year tenure at Danone, he held senior positions in Sales and Human Resources with focus on developing high performance sales cultures as well as leading large global change initiatives. He has lived and worked in the US, China, Brazil, Spain and France and coaches through English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, along with a conversational level of Chinese.
With a focus on continuous learning, Marc-Olivier is a Certied Executive Coach from Mozaik International School of Coaching in Paris and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He holds a degree in Business Administration from ESSCA business school in Angers, Paris and more recently completed an Executive Masters in Change at INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, Paris. As a coach, his focus is primarily on supporting executives or leaders in navigating or initiating change for themselves or their teams.
Finally, Marc-Olivier is a voluntary mentor for migrants in need of integration, and is a volunteer with the NGO Sea Shepherd. He is the father of three beautiful girls, Axelle (18), Manon (15) and Noémie (9) and is passionate about the outdoors, nature and a “greener” environment for all.
